Project & Renovation Management

Renovations and home projects can quickly become overwhelming without clear communication and steady oversight. I support clients by developing project scopes, coordinating contractors and trades, monitoring budgets and schedules, and maintaining consistent communication with everyone involved. I’m present throughout the process — visiting the site, reviewing work, addressing issues before they escalate, and ensuring that the project moves forward with clarity and intention. My role is to create a sense of calm and continuity, allowing clients to feel confident that their home is in capable hands.
